MAJURO – The Division of Immigration advises the public that there is currently a significant backlog of unclaimed passports at our main office in Delap. Many of these documents were processed and printed over three months ago.

Applicants who applied for their passports prior to October 2025 are urged to visit the Immigration Office immediately to collect their documents.

Important Reminders for Collection:

• You must bring your payment receipt (yellow slip).
• If collecting on behalf of a family member, you must present a signed authorization letter and a valid ID of your own.
• Passports left unclaimed for more than 12 months may be subject to archiving or destruction for security purposes.
